1. What is Zoho Projects?

Ans:  Zoho Projects is an online project management tool to collaborate and execute projects easily. It provides a clear view of projects' status, listing the tasks, milestones & meetings in a calendar view, a time sheet for calculating the exact number of hours put in by each of your project members, a central forum for your team to discuss and upload project related files, Gantt charts to know how your projects are progressing and much much more.

2. How to get started with Zoho Projects?

Ans: You can get started by clicking on the Signup for Free in the login page and filling in some basic information like e-mail address, address and credit card details to create a Zoho Projects account.

3. What are the Browsers supported by Zoho Projects?

Ans: Zoho Projects supports different browsers like Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari and Opera.

4. What are the Languages supported by Zoho Projects?

Ans: Zoho Projects supports 15 different languages like Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English(US), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese(Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish.

5. How to change the e-mail address associated with the portal?

Ans: Log onto Zoho Accounts, click on "My Email IDs" on the left panel, click "Edit" link and change the e-mail address.

6. Can I change the Portal URL?

Ans: Yes, Portal URL can be changed but not by the users. To change the portal URL, send the existing and new portal URL to support@zohoprojects.com.

Note: No special characters allowed in portal URL.

7. Is it possible to have multiple administrators for a project?

Ans: Yes. There can be multiple administrators for a project. To add another user as administrator, click "settings" link on the top right of the window, click "people view" tab, click "edit(pencil) icon" for the required user and select Administrator role.

8. How to change the portal owner?

Ans: To change the portal owner, add the required user as administrator in the organization(portal) and send a request for portal owner change to support@zohoprojects.com.

9. Are the archived projects taken into account for the allowed projects?

Ans: Only the Active projects in a portal are taken into account for the total allowed projects and not the archived projects.

10. How is the storage space calculated in a portal?

Ans: Portal Storage space is calculated for both the active and the archived projects.
